• Spacious room with 1 king-sized bed, 1 desk, 1 wardrobe, and 1 set of drawers
• Shared bathroom with one male
• Open kitchen and front room with induction hob
• Winter garden serving as private outdoor space
• Conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Stratford station
• Rent through Get Living includes all maintenance and security
• Current tenancy ends at the end of May 2025 there is the option to renew the rent however we cannot guarantee rent price yet.

Current Flatmates:

• 30-year-old male working in insurance
• 26-year-old female working in real estate
• Sociable and enjoy cooking and chilling in the front room
• no massive house parties – this is our home

Price:

• £1013 per month (will increase in May, capped at CPI)
• Bills average £130-150 per month
