Looking for someone to replace myself till the end of lease on oct 30 with potential to sign on to new lease. That Flat is a 3 bed, 2.5 bathroom modern new build ground floor masionette with garden.

You will be staying with 2 males who both are working professionals, one works from home and the other is a paramedic. Both like a drink but respect each others space and often sleep at strange times with night shifts.

The room will come with bed and side tables and has built in wardrobe. You will be sharing the bathroom with one of the other housemates but there is an extra toilet as well.

rent is £1000 per month including bills with with 2 months rent due upfront on moving in.
