Beautiful en-suite room in East Village flat

Looking for someone to replace me in my lovely double room in a two bedroom flat in the heart of Stratford East Village.

The flat has been great to live in, however I’m relocating abroad so no longer need my room.

You'll be living with my wonderful flat mate Rowena who is great to live with, and works as a doctor. We’re both tidy and like to look after the flat, respectful of each other’s space but enjoy chatting in the evenings/watching TV when we’re both home.

The room has an en-suite bathroom and is furnished with a large floor to ceiling built-in wardrobe. There is also a large chest of drawers and two bed side drawer tables that all match. The room gets lots of natural light with floor to ceiling windows that open at the top and bottom for fresh air. They are fully sound cancelling when closed for an easy nights sleep, even when open, sound isn’t a problem as it is on the 5th floor.

The flat is a modern, spacious flat containing open plan kitchen and living room area with a large dining space (6-8 seating). There is also a double sized balcony that acts as a conservatory called a 'winter garden' meaning it has a roof and also a sliding screen so it can be used as an extra room all year round. It’s been a perfect place to sit in this heatwave, and is a great place to relax in the evening.

The building has access to a communal courtyard for residents, secure bike storage which can be arranged through Get Living, and secure car parking facilities (which can be arranged through Get Living and would be subject to additional fees).

The flat is less than a 2 minute walk from Stratford International over ground and DLR. Stratford station is 7 minutes walk around or through Westfield. Kings Cross is a 7 minute over ground and there are multiple tube lines. It is very well connected! It is surrounded by picturesque walks, you can walk along the canal to lots of pubs and restaurants as well as gain access to a variety of sports clubs in arenas used for the Olympics; swimming, cycling etc. there’s a Sainsbury’s local just outside the flat, as well as the shops in Westfield and larger supermarkets in the Stratford/Leyton areas.

The room is £1131 + bills (with internet included in the rental price). You won’t need to pay a deposit (subject to passing Get Living’s onboarding process). Get living are onsite landlords, with an office within 2 minutes walk if you need assistance.
