Description
We have a sunny room available in our beautiful flat in East Village overlooking the Olympic Park with the views of London stadium and the city of London. It is available from approx 13th March but this can possibly be flexible to anytime from1st March.
Our flatmate is moving on so we are looking for a chilled friendly professional to replace her.
It’s a nice and safe area, just minutes away from Westfield and Stratford station. Everything you need is on your doorstep with lovely cafes and restaurants around.
The room:
Has a double bed & triple wardrobe. (Possibility of getting 2 bedside tables & chest of drawers from the landlords)
Bathroom:
Bath and overhead rain shower. Bathroom is only shared with one other (Lisa) as the 3rd room has an en-suite.
The flat:
On the 8th floor with a lift. Fully furnished as shown in the photos. Washer/dryer, dishwasher etc. Huge living area/kitchen. Two balconies with views across London (and amazing sunsets!!) they are a total sun trap so amazing in the summer! The flat also has aircon in the living space which is a godsend in the summer months!
The rent is currently £990 per month (with no increases due until November). Other bills paid on top of the rent include electricity, water, council tax, Skytv and internet (1GB) and amount to approximately £110-140 per month. There is no deposit needed.
Us:
I (Elizabeth) am 33 & work as an analyst. Originally from the North West but have lived in London for 13+ years. Love watching sports, travel & music.
Lisa is 35 and works in finance. Enjoys keeping fit, cooking & travelling the world!
We are friendly & sociable but also respect each other’s space and life. Like keeping the flat tidy clean & looking for someone to do similar.
