I’m looking for a young professional to occupy the second bedroom in this 2 bedroom flat. Located in East Village, It’s also 5 minute walk from Stratford international DLR and a 10 minute walk from Stratford Westfield shopping centre/Stratford station with Central, Jubilee, DLR and the Elizabeth line. There are also a number of bars and restaurants within East Village. At the bottom of the building is a bar, a coffee shop and 2 restaurants are also round the corner. There’s also a gym and Sainsbury’s in east village.

The room has a desk, 2x bedside tables, a chest of drawers, a three door wardrobe and its own family bathroom. It stays very warm in the winter and and also has heated flooring in all the bathrooms.

Wi-Fi is included and bills come up to roughly £150 per person, per month. The flat has a shared living room, open plan kitchen and a balcony with great views. There’s also a dishwasher, fridge freezer, washer/dryer and all the usual amenities. Parking is available for around £80.

Unfortunately we can’t accommodate couples, pets, smokers or short term tenancies (1-2 months).
