2 Double rooms in East Village (Bills inc!)

Hi! I have 2 double rooms available for lodgers in a great 3 bed flat I've just bought in East Village. Can be an individual looking for a room or a group of 2.

Each room comes with a double bed, wardrobe and bedside table. There is also space for a desk if you'd like to add one.

There's space under the bed for storage as well as a shared storage room in the hallway. The master bedroom has an en suite so you will share a bathroom only with 1 other person.

The living room and kitchen has everything you'd need as well as a big TV with Sky Q, Xbox and Apple TV. There's also a seated outdoor patio area.

A bit about myself, I'm a web developer / startup founder currently working in the live music industry, so I'm trying to go to as many gigs as I can, as well as learning how to DJ in my spare time.

All bills are included (Council tax Band D, water, electricity, heating, broadband etc). A parking space is also available if you need one.
