The living room and kitchen are fully furnished, but the bedroom is unfurnished, aside from built-in wardrobes (you may be able to purchase bedroom furniture from the departing tenant at additional cost).
The kitchen is fully equipped with the usual white goods, a brand new microwave, crockery, pans, and more cutlery than you could ever possibly need!
The apartment also has a large balcony - great for when the sun shines!
THE BILLS
Utility bills (council tax, electricity, heating, TV licence) are currently c.£122.75 per person per month. High-speed broadband WiFi is included in the rent.
The rent is subject to review in August (but will not change in 2024).
THE EXTRAS
Underground car parking is available (via separate contract at additional cost) and secure bicycle storage is also provided (free of charge).
THE FLATMATES
You will be sharing with one male and one female. The former is a teacher and the latter works in healthcare. Both work hard, long hours and like to relax in front of the TV (often with a drink) when they get home from work.

We are looking for someone chilled and easy going. - being clean and tidy is a must! We are not a party flat, so if that is your thing this is not the room for you!
