Description
Double room available to move in between 28 October - 3 November (rent due date). The current contract will run until January 2026 and there will be the option to extend this.
I am leaving to go travelling and looking for someone to take over my room.
We have a spare double room in a 3 bedroom apartment that we rent out with Get Living. The room comes fully furnished and is big enough to fit in a desk if you are working from home. You can also purchase my standing desk and chair if you'd like! The flat has a spacious cosy living room and a huge winter garden that faces Victory Park.
About the area
Sainsbury’s is just across the street and you can be in Westfield Stratford in just 5 minutes. There are lots of local independent cafes, bars and restaurants offering delicious food. NHS Health Centre is a 5 minute walk from us. The closest stations are Stratford International (3 min walk) and Stratford Station (10 minute walk). You can be in Central London in under 30 minutes. Lots of opportunities to enjoy the outdoors, too - there is an outdoor gym just outside our building and many green spaces ideal for summer picnics.
We absolutely love living in the area! East Village is a quiet and friendly neighbourhood next to the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, with its own of parks and wetlands.
About us
We are friendly, outgoing and respectful flatmates. We are both working professionals. In our spare time we often go to the gym. On some evenings we like to treat ourselves with a nice meal from one of the local restaurants and watch a movie or chat and have a few drinks.
Bills - Wifi is included but other bills are between £100- £150.
No agency fees as the flat is offered by GetLiving, but they ask that you pass through their referencing check.
