Double room in friendly houseshare @ East Village

Hi! We're looking for two people to replace my housemate Jack (who's moving in with his partner) and me (same!) in this stunning 3-bedroom flat in East Village, Stratford (London).

You'd be living with Ben, a 27 year old UX Designer who has recently moved into the property. Ben is easygoing, tidy, sociable, and prefers a calm atmosphere during the week. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, sewing, going to the gym, and occasionally a bit of yoga. He also co-host a craft beer group. Ben is usually in the office Tuesday-Thursday, and works from home Monday and Friday

This is friendly/homely household and would like to find someone who enjoys a peaceful, tidy, and homely environment - and preferrably someone who likes to be a bit social. A female would be great for parity, but all genders are welcome.

The rooms come fully furnished with a double bed, a 3-door wardrobe, bedside table(s), and drawer units. You'd share a bathroom with a bathtub with another tenant.

The flat also has a nice and cosy living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a large fridge, and a large terrace - perfect for storing bicycles, drying clothes, exercising, and enjoying breakfast/lunch/brunch when it's sunny.

The house is in an excellent location: right off Stratford International and a 15-minute walk from Stratford station. The area is full of shops, cafes/bakeries, and restaurants, and Sainsbury's is only a three-minute walk away. There are several gyms/sports centres in the area as well. A private parking space (in a garage) is available for a fee.

Rent is £1000/month, excluding bills. Bills are approximately £120-150/month. No deposit is required.

One room is available from mid December December and the other one from late December or early January 2026.
