Hi! We're looking for two people to replace my housemate Jack and me in this stunning 3-bedroom flat in East Village, Stratford (London).

You'd be living with Ben, a 27yo professional. This is friendly and easy-going household and would like to find someone who is equally friendly, tidy, and respectful of each other's space. A female would be great for parity, but all genders are welcome.

The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, a 3-door wardrobe, bedside table(s), and drawer units. You'd share a bathroom with a bathtub with another tenant.

The flat also has a nice and cosy living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a large fridge, and a large terrace - perfect for storing bicycles, drying clothes, exercising, and enjoying breakfast/lunch/brunch when it's sunny.

The house is in an excellent location: right off Stratford International and a 15-minute walk from Stratford station. The area is full of shops, pubs, and restaurants, and Sainsbury's is only a three-minute walk away. A private parking space (in a garage) is available for a fee.

Rent is £1010/month, excluding bills. Bills are approximately £150/month. No deposit is required.

One room is available from early December and the other one from 12nd January 2026.
