1. SHORT LET ONLY FOR 1.5 MONTHS THIS WINTER, exact dates: 22th DECEMBER to 31st JANUARY

2. LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO LOVES ANIMALS AND IS WILLING TO TAKE CARE OF MY CAT WHILE AWAY TRAVELLING - thus the low rate. If interested please specify in message if you have previous exp. with animals and if you're happy to take care of the cat.

3. MY STUFF WILL STAY IN THE ROOM, as I am only away for 1.5 months spending time back home for Christmas, I will free up space in one of the large wardrobes for you to have storage, but likely won't be massive storage available (although more than enough for 2 suitcases of stuff, wardrobes are quite large)

Considering all of the above, full rate for the period = £1300 all included for almost 1.5 months, including Christmas and NYE in London (for reference: the rent I am paying on it is 1200per month + all expenses on top = c.£2k for the same period, so 40% off!!).

I have rented it out with similar arrangement earlier this year and had an amazing experience with someone falling in love with the cat, which ideally looking to replicate.

Detailed description:

Incredible short term let in wonderful East Village (2min walk to Stratford international and Westfields shopping mall) - 15min Elizabeth line to Liverpool Street, 7min to St Pancras. Has Central, Jubilee, Elizabeth, Overground, DLR lines, and National Rail all within 10 minutes walk.

Available for the month of December and January, exact dates (with a little flexibility) 22nd December to 31st of January.

Large double room with King size bed, floor to ceiling window overlooking private garden. Desk with 27” monitor, high end WFH set-up and very own ensuite bathroom.

Open plan living room and kitchen with massive windows and huge terrace with outdoor eating/working + chill out area. with sun lounge setup and outside table. Dishwasher, induction cooktop, washer/dryer, 24/7 security, underground secure bike storage.

Flatmates are very cool and chill English / Romanian professionals and friends in their 20s. Very chill, down for drinks every now and then, board games, or cooking together! Also respectful of personal time and most likely travelling/away for a while themselves in the period, thus why looking for someone willing to take care of the cat as well.

Loads of parks and canals literally around the corner, as well as shops, bars, restaurants and a pubs literally downstairs!!! Super chill, family-vibe area with food markets every other weekend!

Would love for you to send a brief description of yourself, why you're looking for short term let (and exact dates you'd need) and experience/willingness to take care of the cat - i. e. food daily + litterbox and lots of love & affection :)
