The available room is generously sized and furnished (drawer and bed). The entire apartment is meticulously maintained, ensuring a clean and pleasant living environment. You'll be sharing this spacious apartment with 2 flatmates. You would be sharing the main bathroom with one other flatmate - this bathroom is for the use of the 2 flatmates only.

The flat has a large balcony, living area and kitchen. The washing machine is new, and we have an electric hob, under floor heating and secure flat access.

The apartment currently houses two individuals. One works as a Customer Success Manager who occasionally travels for work and currently works from home. The other is a lawyer and works hybrid.

Please note that the 2 flatmates are Muslim and practising (eat halal, no drinking). Hoping to find someone on a similar vibe. Sorry, we can’t accept pets.

We are seeking a female professional who mainly works mainly outside of the flat (hybrid working is fine in your bedroom as we keep the communal area free). We appreciate someone who values cleanliness, pays their bills on time and treats the space with the same care and respect as they would their own home.

There is a rota in place for cleaning the flat. If you're looking for a quiet and welcoming atmosphere, this is the perfect place for you.
