Large Double Room with en-suite in East Village

Our current flatmate is moving out so we are looking for someone to fill our en-suite room! We're looking for someone friendly, fun and clean to join us.

You'll be living with 2 girls Katie (32) who works in advertising and Emily (28) who works in sport. We both have similar interests and love nights in as well as nights out.

The room is a large en-suite room, fully furnished with a king size bed. There is also space to put a dressing table / desk for anyone that works from home. The room also has access to the large balcony that wraps around the flat and overlooks the shared garden area.

The flat is a few mins walk from Stratford tube station and Westfield shopping centre, and a 2 minute walk from Stratford international. The flat is a new build, so all features are modern and working well. We’re lucky enough to have an L shaped ‘winter garden’ balcony which all rooms have access to, open plan living room and kitchen, under floor heating, a washing machine and dishwasher.

We are looking for someone to take over the room from 1st November, but may be flexible with the move in dates.

Rent is £950, bills come to approx £140 a month.

The management company GetLiving will require you to provide proof of income or a guarantor to take over the contract.
