East Village - One room available!

I have lived in this flat with two housemates for 2 years now. I am looking to move out and we are looking for 1 new housemate to take over my room.

The Flat:
It's located in East Village, Stratford only a few minutes walk from Stratford International or Stratford Underground station, which gets you to central London in 7 minutes and has the best connections one can wish for: Central, Jubilee, Elizabeth lines, DLR, overground, you name it! It is a modern 4th floor flat built for the Olympics so it is in a well built condition with spectacular views to the Wetlands – a relaxing green area on the border of East Village and Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, and loads of sunlight. The shared spaces are open planned, furnished with sofas, dining table, washer/dryer, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, etc. The flat comes with new soft carpet in all bedrooms, underfloor heating throughout and wooden floors in the living area. Westfield shopping centre is only 7 mins walk away, hence gyms, several supermarkets such as Waitrose, M&S, Sainsbury's and shops are all within walking distance. Fast broadband is included but not other bills, which will be split equally.

It's a large double room furnished with a large 3-door wardrobe, king-size bed and modern chest of drawers & 2 bedside tables with drawers so lots of storage! The bathroom will be shared with the existing tenant.

Terrace: it is a huge terrace, with one side being half-open and the other has windows that can be opened.

Current flatmates:

Andre is 28 and he works in television. Eleanor is 27 and works in HR. Both are sociable and like to hang out.

No deposit is required and no agency fees as the flat is offered by GetLiving, but they ask that you pass through their referencing system, which takes 28 days.
