My lovely flat in East village, is a top choice for professionals looking to live in London, it is well connected with 6 different tube lines to choose from (incl. the Elizabeth line) - get to Kings Cross in just 6 minutes from Stratford International, or Liverpool Street from Stratford in 9 mins.

With one of Europe's largest shopping malls - Westfield - just minutes away, and many lovely cafes & shops nearby. It's no wonder why East village was voted as one of the best places to live in London by the previous mayor.

This is an all bills included deal with ALL bills (council tax, utilities, internet, service charge, etc):
£1110pcm on rent + £140pcm on bills = £1250pcm with all bills included!

This is a high spec (2022) new build 3-bed, 2 bath flat in East Village. I am looking for a friendly, tidy, considerate professional/ post grad (23+) for the room.

- This gorgeous double room is available 1st of June. Minimum 6 months tenancy.

The closest station from my place is an 8 minute walk - 'Stratford International DLR' - please be careful when typing this into google maps!

The main bathroom is shared with just one other person in the other room (bar the infrequent odd guest, parents, friends, etc):

A bit about the current flatmates:
- An easy going, tidy, and nice couple in their late 20s to early 30s, are in the ensuite room; info about the couple: Paula is an academic examiner and Toby works as a flood risk engineer. Interests include football, going to the gym, cooking, watching new shows on Disney+ and Netflix. They are tidy, quiet and friendly. They enjoy going to the gym, tele and cooking.

- and the other flatmate Sian who is working as a research intern in AI - living in the small room (but moving out to live with her boyfriend)

A little about myself. I am out travelling most of the time. I'm in my early 30s, and am a Strategy Consultant & Data Scientist. I enjoy going to the gym, doing martial arts, gaming, and exploring restaurants/ bars in London with friends.

The girls are looking for a friendly, tidy, quiet ideally professional for the room. Must also be in the habit of cleaning up quite quickly after cooking.
