I’m moving out of my room in this lovely East Village townhouse in December, so looking for someone to take over my room.

* Patio & access to resident's only courtyard

Located in the former Olympic village, the house is a 5 minute walk to Stratford International station (DLR and South-Eastern trains, with St Pancras only a 7-minute journey) a 10 minute walk to Stratford station (Elizabeth line, Jubilee line, Central line, Overground, Greater Anglia & C2C trains) and Westfield is on your doorstep. There are multiple cafes, bars and gyms within East Village, and even more within Westfield.

The double room comes furnished with bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and wardrobe. There is enough space for a desk if you work from home; however, I generally work from the dining room, as can be seen in the photos.

No deposit needed, as this is covered by Get Living who manage the property. Get Living also provide a maintenance service as part of the tenancy, with a full team of tradies on site who generally carry out any work with 24 hours of your request. Current Household:
* 3 professional females, aged 27-32, who are all lovely! Julie is a finance manager, Amy is a graphic designer, and Ellen works for a financial institution.
* Non-smokers
* No pets

Very chilled house. A mix of office based, hybrid and wfh. Partial to watching a film together or going out for drinks, otherwise everyone's pretty independent, coming and going with work/friends/gym/socialising. Everyone's clean and tidy.
