We have a good size double bedroom for rent from the end of June in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom flat in Nero house, east village. The room comes furnished with a double bed, 2 bedside tables, a wardrobe and a large chest of drawers. You will share a bathroom with one other person with a bath and shower and plenty of storage.

The flat is located in east village Stratford;
- 5 minutes from westfield shopping centre and stratford International station.
- 10 minutes from stratford underground station
- 10-15 minutes walk from Hackney wick with lots of bars and places to eat.
- Surrounded by plenty of nice cafes and walking spaces.
- located in Olympic Park there are various sports facilities within walking distance including gym, tennis, padel, swimming etc

The flat is modern and spacious with a large open plan kitchen/diner/lounge and a large covered balcony.

We are a friendly flatshare with two women in their mid 30s who both work as nurses. We keep the flat clean and tidy but we are relaxed and easy going people. We are sociable people but its not a party house and a little consideration is needed at times when we are sleeping during the day inbetween night shifts :)
