Double bedroom available in East Village, Stratford. Sharing a bathroom with one female.

Move in date December 6th onwards, as our wonderful flatmate is moving in with her partner 🫶

No Deposit but required credit checks through Get Living Landlords. Bills are around £120pcm (including WiFi and council tax)

The flat has three bedrooms (one en-suite and the other two share a bathroom). You will be sharing with two females, Lucy and Ella. Lucy works as a legal recruiter, teaches yoga and likes going to music events. Ella is a civil servant in aviation and likes tennis and live events. We both work a mix of at home and in the office like to keep the flat clean and tidy.

We are good friends and are looking for a friendly housemate.

The flat is on the third floor of a block in the Olympic village. We have a large living / dining room space and a winter garden. The flat is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, underfloor heating etc.

The flat is approximately 4 minutes away from Stratford International / DLR Station and 10 minutes away from Stratford (central, jubilee, overground, national and TfL rail). Westfield is 6 minutes away and there is a Sainsbury’s close by.

There’s also Better Gym, Anytime Fitness and a range of bars / cafes / shops in the village. As we are in the Olympic village, we are close to the velodrome, aquatics centre and copper box arena (and West Ham Stadium!).
