We are two working professionals (a teacher and a children’s therapist) who are sociable but also love our own space to wind down, we both lead busy lives with our own commitments, and we're quite independent. We're mindful of each other's space and privacy and of how important communicating openly is. We appreciate the opportunity to spend some time together and catch up.
You would be joining us in E20, East Village in a south facing 3 bed flat, with a balcony. You would be taking the double room with the ensuite bathroom, the rent for which is £1,250 pcm. Bills approx: £100/£150 pcm. The room is available from 23rd Sept, but an earlier move in date can be negotiated if your circumstances are such. The latest we would be looking for someone to move in would be early Oct.
