Double room with own little balcony

I am looking for someone to take over my room.

The bedroom includes a double bed, 2 bedside tables, dresser, and fitted wardrobe. A desk and chair fit in the room. It also has its own little balcony.

You will be sharing a bathroom with one of the flatmates. It has a bathtub and mirrored cabinet.

The flat has a common living area and a kitchen. It's equipped with fridge, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, and washing machine/dryer. There's also the spacious balcony with chairs and table perfect for summer. There's also access to a private garden and bike storage.

You will be living with 2 friendly girls who are social and also respect personal space and time.

The flat is well-situated and the area is very well-connected
- less than 5mins walk to Sainsbury's local
- less than 10mins walk to Westfield Stratford
- gyms around (BetterGym, Gymbox, Copper Box)
- restaurants and cafes nearby
- 5-10mins walk to Stratford International, DLR, Stratford station which has Central line, Elizabeth line, Jubilee line, and Overground

Rent is £862.40 per month. Bills are around £100/120 per month per person (includes council tax, energy, Hyperoptic internet, water)

Viewing will happen the 4th and 5th of February :).
Room available also for short term let.

The agency managing the flats in the area run standard reference checks (employment, current tenancy reference, and credit check of at least Fair rating).
