You’ll be sharing a bathroom with one other person.
Get Living London (the landlord) are always excellent at quickly fixing any problems, therefore the room is in very good condition and with a brand new mattress. It comes furnished (without the desk, the monitor and armchair visible in the picture, but I am looking to sell those if interested). There is also a wardrobe as well.
A parking space in the undercroft car park is available for an additional £85pcm if enquired but otherwise not paid.
There's Better Gym about 100 metres from the house and a Sainsbury's approximately 200 metres away. The house is surrounded by trees on 3 sides and it benefits from being just 10 minutes from Stratford Station and Westfield Shopping Centre. There is also an internal shared garden.
Bills come around to £150pcm so £970pcm total, including a cleaner, Wi-Fi, council tax and bins.
The atmosphere at home is really nice, chilled and relaxed. We sometimes meet in the living room and have a chat or do activities outside the house. The preference is for a person that is like this and likes to keep the flat clean.
Please write a description of yourself if interested in the room as I am looking to find a person that fits with the nice environment we have at home.
