Double en-suite

We’re looking for a new housemate to join our tenancy from May 13th (potential to join in April if your available and a good fit)
Double en-suite room with plenty of storage space
You’ll be living with two females age 27/28, both working in fashion! We are friends and like to be sociable - we like to go to bars / coffee walks / gym / travel but equally we do enjoy our alone time.
Ideally we’re looking for somebody who wants to socialise but also has their own time too
Rent is 1200 + bills which are on average £150 (cheaper in summer)
No deposit required if you meet referencing requirements!
