Roommates: The people are all very nice! All from Hong Kong.
One is working, one is studying, one is going to school, and one needs to be dismissed early on weekdays. Occasionally, I will bring my friends home for dinner, and everyone is very friendly.

(preferably a girl, because I have to share a bathroom with a girl)
There's a living room on one floor, it's very long, divided into two areas, office/eating area, with a small garden, and a beautiful night view.

Requirements 1️⃣: hygienic because the common area is huge usually move around the living room and clean up after themselves take turns to share the cleaning of the common space
Requirements 2️⃣: working in the UK rent up to 3w2 a year as the house is paid monthly only one working party so proof of rent affordability is required
Requirements 3️⃣: non-smoker

House comes with: dishwasher/washing machine/heating and other basic amenities all included
