- Bathroom is next to your room and it is shared with one female flatmate

- Beautiful patio area
- Modern fitted kitchen

- Quiet and secure

Location:
- Olympic village
- WESTFIELD shopping centre is a 5 minutes walk.
- Walking distance from M&S, Waitrose and Sainsburry’s.
- 10 min walk to Hackney Wick
- 5 min walk to the gym

Transport:
- Zone 2
- 5 min walk to Stratford International (DLR)
- 10 min walk to Stratford (Central, Elizabeth, Jubilee Line, DLR, Overground).

Flatmate:
- Ashley (26), a female research student in Humanities, loves cooking, music, and theatre. She sometimes practices piano during the daytime or evening.
- Cyrus (21), a male student who loves badminton.
- Andrew (31), a male professional working as a coder in finance. He loves painting/gym.

We are a group of three friendly and chilled Asians who respect each other space but wouldn't mind socializing from time to time.

We are looking for a flatmate:
1. with not less than £32000 annual earnings (as requested by the property management company), or who can provide a UK-based guarantor who meets the affordability requirement of £140000 if you are not working.
2. Tidy and clean, willing to take responsibility for cleaning to keep the communal space neat.
