Description
We have 2 rooms available in a 4 bedroom flat in East Village. Great location by the Olympic park with coffee shops, restaurants and bars on the doorstep, and Hackney Wick/Victoria Park just a 20 minute walk.
10 minute walk to Stratford station (Central/Jubilee/Elizabeth Line, Overground, DLR, and National Rail) with great travel links to the rest of London. There are also ample supermarkets within a 20 minute walk, and Westfield nearby.
We are working professionals in our 20's/early 30s. We have our own lives but enjoy a chat and a catch up after work and on weekends, and would not say no to the odd flat meal/games night/pub quiz. We're looking for people to carry on the relaxed and clean vibe the flat has.
The kitchen is complete with the usual amenities and plenty of cupboard space. The living area comes with two sofas, a dining table, separate washing machine and tumble dryer, and the flat comes with loads of storage space.
The building has an on sight concierge and mail room, is really clean and tidy, and feels very safe at night, as the building uses a fob access and intercom system.
Council tax & bills have come to approximately £125 each over winter.
Room 1 (£1,013): includes a double bed, wardrobe, and space for a desk
Room 2 (£975): incudes a double bed, wardrobe and shelving unit (plenty of space in the rest of the property if needed to work form home)
The two rooms will share a large bathroom with each other and one other person.
The move in date would be 12th June, as this is when the tenancy renews. The property is managed by Get Living, who are really responsive with any maintenance queries.
There is no deposit provided you can qualify for Get Living deposit free offer during affordability checks (annual income £33k), as well as the usual credit/employment referencing. Any rent increases will be capped by CPI, and won't increase until at least June 25.
After a minimum of 3 months your tenancy can be transferred provided you can find a suitable replacement.
