Hello there,
I look for a person to take over my East Village room by the end of May.
You will share the modern space with three friendly young professionals.
Rent £955, bills £120 and no deposit!

The flat is part of East Village managed by GetLiving and got a full refresh 6 months ago. It is just a few minute walk from Stratford and Stratford international and Westfields,

The flat has a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area and a courtyard patio. You would share a bathroom with only one flatmate, as others have en-suites. The flat is light and we have all brought necessary items to make it homely

The rooms is small but comfortable. It comes fully furnished with a comfortable bed and ample storage space. The furniture can be removed or changed at charge. There is a cupboard on the corridor and a very soft carpet throughout.

The sociable household established 6 months ago includes (alphabetically):

Jehan – solicitor in training, he is an amazing chef who hosts excellent dinners in our lovely dining room. An amazingly kind soul, he also leads a social enterprise and regularly runs around the neighbouring areas. WFH up to twice a week.

Ollie – product designer from Bristol and a lifelong supporter of Arsenal. Ollie works from his roomoffice and has also managed our bills and supplies. You would also want to talk to him about the gyms in the area.

Raghav – physiotherapist in clinics. He also works with football academies and enjoy watching matches in the evenings. He also has a knack for finding great offers and treats, so he enriched the house in quite a few features.

Together, we formed a clean and relaxed environment, where we can all relax and prepare to the world out there. We all cook quite a lot. We bought a second fridge to give us more space for it.

The rent for the room £955, including broadband. We also pay £120 for the bills, cleaning supplies and the cleaner every 2 or 4 weeks. Newham, Tax Band D

As a part of the referencing process you'll need an employer and landlord reference and you will need to pass a credit check. We qualified for the deposit free scheme (check GetLiving T&Cs for more info), so no deposite to pay!

Due to the time required for the checks, we hope to select the next tenant in the next two weeks.
The theoretical move in date is 28.05.2024, the first day of the new month lease, but I can be flexible about it.

We have gone through a lot to get this place and we love it.
