You'll be sharing the flat with Michael & Can, two professionals. Michael is a British-Korean who works as a data scientist & Can is from Turkey and works as an SDE. They're both friendly, easy-going, tidy, quiet and make living here a real joy! 👥

The room is also big enough to accommodate a work desk (I comfortably worked from home here for 2 years) and the house has a 1 Gbps connection.

This flat is 5 mins from Stratford international & 8 mins walk from Stratford station having Central, Jubilee, Elizabeth, DLR & Overground. Very well connected to the city.

We have bought quite a few useful things for the flat (Nice TV, microwave, toaster & kettle, cutlery, and many other nice everyday things) and my share post 20% depreciation would be around £250.

Deposit: £1067 (You will get a TDS certificate for this! However, GetLiving's no deposit route wont be possible as the 3 of us who rented the property were new to the country and had no credit history so we had to put in a deposit instead)
