Our flatmate is moving out of London, and we are looking for a new tenant to take over his room in a great modern flat shared with three friendly young professionals.

Location:

Located at East Village, just moments away from the Stratford Station, you'll have easy access to the Underground, Overground, DLR, and National Rail services.

The Flat:

The flat features a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area and a courtyard patio. You would share a bathroom with only one flatmate, as others have en-suites.

The Room:

The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers.

About Us:

We are young professionals working in Product Design, HealthCare, and Law. We are friendly, relaxed guys and while work can be quite busy we enjoy spending time together and are keen to maintain this homely vibe.

Details:

The rent is £955, including broadband. We also pay £120 for the bills incl Council Tax (Newham, Tax Band D )

GetLiving manages the property. As a part of the referencing process you'll need an employer and landlord reference and you will need to pass a credit check.

Due to the time required for the checks, we hope to select the next tenant in the next two weeks.
The move in date is 28.05.2024, the first day of the new month lease.
