2 Double Rooms Available in Stratford

Hi All,
I am looking for two new flatmates to live in amazing en-suite room and a double
room in the East Village by the Olympic Park!

Rent:
Room 1 (En-suite; Bedroom 1 on plan): £1182 pcm + bills
Room 2 (share bathroom with only me; Bedroom 3 on plan): £922 pcm + bills
Bills come to about £80 per month per person.

Both rooms are fully furnished with double beds, built-in wardrobes, a chest of
drawers, and side tables. The kitchen is fully integrated with Bosch appliances,
including a multi-functional oven, induction hob, and dishwasher.

Move-in date: Around the end of August and start of September.

Location:
Really well connected via Stratford station (9 mins walk) or via the Stratford
International DLR station (2 mins walk). Then easy access to the rest of London via
the Central, Elizabeth, Jubilee, Overground, or the DLR.
The area is really nice, with tons of restaurants and bars within 15 mins in Stratford
and Hackney Wick. Lots of green areas and parks around for runs and walks.

Ideal flatmate:
Looking for someone likeminded - who's friendly, sociable, respectful, and wants to
treat this as their home! Important that they are also clean and tidy, as I like to keep
the living area, kitchen, and shared bathroom in optimum conditions. This isn't a
party flat, but I do enjoy having friends over for dinner and enjoying the balcony, etc.

Current flatmate:
You will be living with me, a young professional in her mid-twenties. I am very easy-
going and keen to be friends with my flatmates.

Additional information:
- Pet friendly – you will need to sign a pet policy agreement
- Council tax band – Band D (Newham Council)
- The flat is managed by Get Living London, and they will need to do references
etc. before you move in. You need to be working full time with a minimum
income of £30,000 before tax.
