Double room in lovely East Village flat share

I am moving out of my lovely room in the East Village, in Stratford, East London to move in with my boyfriend so am looking for someone to take my place on the tenancy!

The room is a comfortable sized double and comes furnished with the bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers and wardrobe that can be seen in the photos. You would share the main bathroom with one flatmate as the third room has an ensuite. The rent is £985 per month and includes wifi. Other bills come to around £130 per month. There may be a slight rent increase in September but it should only be £20-30.

The move in date is flexible 20th July - 31st July. The tenancy is currently signed until Sept 2026 but with a 2 month break clause and the ability to replace yourself on the tenancy any time.

The flat has a lovely open plan living space and kitchen, and a balcony that gets loads of sun and looks over the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. It’s in the East Village with loads of lovely cafes and restaurants nearby, and a short walk to Hackney Wick and Victoria Park. Westfield is also right nearby. Stratford station is only a 10-15 minute walk away, as is Hackney Wick overground.

You’d be moving in with Abi and Phoebe, a PA and a teacher, both 28. They’re looking for a female flatmate aged roughly 25-35, who is friendly, clean and tidy.
