Spacious en-suite in East Village, Stratford

Hello! We are two easy-going professional flatmates looking for a third to occupy our lovely en-suite bedroom, as our current flatmate will be moving in with his girlfriend.

We both absolutely love the flat, it's situated in East Village, Stratford and has a stunning view looking directly over the Olympic Park with a large open plan kitchen/living room and winter garden. The flat is located in a safe and communal area with lots of cafes, gyms, green space, and shops. There are lots of different transport links into central London nearby including:

- Stratford International (5 min walk)
- Stratford station (15 min walk)
- Hackney Wick station (10 min walk)

Hackney Wick and the surrounding canals are also very nearby with lots of cafes, pubs and restaurants.

Bills are approx £130 per month

- En-suite bedroom has a large king-size bed, bathroom with shower and it's own air conditioning

A bit about us! We are 1 male and 1 female in our 20s/30s, both working professionals here in London. 1 working as a Product Manager in Tech (2-3 days WFH) and the other on Strategy in an Engineering company (full-time office). We're both friendly, clean and easy going people who like to socialize but also appreciate an easy night in :) We're not looking for any party animals but more than happy to host friends over! We're looking for another working professional who is clean, respectful and fits nicely into our current atmosphere!
