Lovely double room on the Olympic Park

Hello,

We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our lovely home.

We have a double room available in our modern townhouse in the East Village (Stratford) with a bathroom shared with one other girl. It has a lovely open plan living room/dining area, with a private patio within a large shared courtyard. The house is over three floors, so we have the benefit of having flatmates to socialise with, but also having our own space.

The house is furnished to a high standard and the room is in excellent condition, so you are able to move in pretty easily, without having to buy anything new 😊 There is a dishwasher and a washing machine. We also have space to work from home and a desk in the dining room.

Bills are not included in the rent, and they are around £100-£120 depending on the month.

We are a 12min walk to Stratford station which has the central, Jubilee, DLR, Elizabeth and overground lines which can get you to anywhere in London easily. We’re also a 5 minute walk to Stratford International DLR which can get you into Kings Cross in 7 minutes. We also have Westfield shopping centre within walking distance, and we’re situated on the lovely Olympic park with a short walk to Hackney Wick & Victoria Park.

Ideally we’re looking for a professional female who is looking for a happy and relaxed home. We really love our home and we’re looking for someone who is looking to do the same.

A bit about us 😊 we’re 3 girls who work in interior design, vfx & healthcare, and are aged between 25-31. We all lead busy lives so enjoy catching up in the evenings having a glass of wine. We do like to try and keep the house clean and tidy and we’re respectful of the communal areas of the house. We also love to get out and explore London, but equally love a night in cooking a new recipe.

The room is available from start of July. With no deposit required!
