The developer/landlord (Get Living London) are happy for renters to personalize and decorate the flat (e. g. put up shelves, paint the walls or hang up pictures).

The room is available subject to successful reference checks conducted by Get Living. Renters are required to earn an annual salary 30x the monthly rent (£39,750+) and have a good or excellent credit score.
