Our housemate is moving out her lovely room in East Village after just over two years, and looking for another female to take over the tenancy from the rent due date on 28th July 2024. The house is a four bed townhouse split across three floors. This room is on the ground floor and is the only room on this floor. The shared open plan living/kitchen/dining room is on the first floor, and the other housemates bedrooms are on the top floor.

The room 🛏️
- on the ground floor, with no other rooms so this one so feels super private!
- has its own large wet room/ensuite
- space for a desk in front of the window. This is her own desk but would be open to selling it!
- tonnes of storage, including an extra under the stairs storage! All wardrobes and drawers are included with the room
- *please note* that one of the quirks of this room is that the shared washing machine is located in the room so you need to be ok with the other housemates coming into your room to do their washing, but it’s never been an issue and we will always ask ahead to work around your schedule.

You will be living with myself (Anmol), Debee and Belle.

What we’re looking for ✨
- Someone who is clean and tidy and will contribute to making the house feel like a home rather just a place to live. Happy to chip in a buy household necessities, take bins out, wash up and empty dishwasher etc.!
- Someone who is keen to socialise and have a chit chat over making dinner with the other housemates but equally has their own thing going on! We are definitely keen for someone who can be a friend vs. just a housemate!

Cost 💰
- At the moment, there is scaffolding but this will end in the first week of August, therefore rent will be around £977.52 room
- no deposit required
- bills comes to approx. £110 per month on top of rent.

You will need to complete referencing which includes a credit check via Get Living (the agency that owns the buildings in East Village). There is a minimum requirement to be earning £35,000 per annum as part of this. This is super easy process but we need someone who will also be efficient and quick with this process to avoid any delays to the move in date!
