Let by Get Living which is a really good landlord (they fix everything within a day or so!). Would have to pass the referencing done by them which includes the need to earn over £28,800/pm.

Would be sharing with myself and one other flatmate - we're both 26 year old female Graphic designers who have been friends since uni, so would love someone who would be willing to socialise as we spend some evenings in watching films and chatting. We're a fairly social flat so looking for someone who would fit in well with us!

I work from home a few days a week and the other flatmate goes into the office everyday - there is a desk in the living room that you are free to use if you work from home too.
