Lovely big en-suite room

We are looking for a housemate to fill one of the rooms in our lovely house in East Village.

Practical stuff:
- There is no deposit
- The house is rented from Get Living
- Bills are approximately £150 per month
- the room is available from 16th September (possible earlier in September) but we need someone to agree and sign the contract mid-August.
- it is a three year contract to rent rises are capped RPI so can only raise with inflation during the contract.
- pets can be considered

Who we are:
- the current housemates are Fatima, Jolly, Lizzie, and myself (Val; I’m the one moving out). We all get on well and would really love to find someone to join the household that would become a friend as well. We are all professionals with varying work schedules both on site and from home. We enjoy socialising together but also respect each other’s space.
