Double Room in East Village Townhouse

Hi! I’ll be moving out of my beloved East Village townhouse on 12th July and am looking someone to take over my contract for the remaining 6mths of the tenancy. Lovely double bed room in 5 bed house with 3 bathrooms (means you only have to share the bathroom with 1 other person - dreamy!). There is a huge communal lounge/kitchen/diner with access to a private patio and communal garden. You will be sharing with some of my best girlfriends, they are an absolute dream to live with. There is always someone in to have dinner with or watch a bit of love island. Plenty of shops nearby, including Westfield, and a quick 10 min walk to Hackney Wick. Rent is cheap as chips at £765/mth, bills normally come to ~£100 each. All in all it’s a dream. Whoever gets to take over my room is one lucky gal!
