One Bedroom Flat @ Heart of East Village

Hi there! My friend and I are looking for one person to join us in a three bedroom flat at Limari Mansions.

We’re both in our mid-twenties. I work in data and analytics consulting, and Oliver is a teacher. We would both love to share this space with someone who is clean, tidy and can be a friend (not just a flatmate!). We’re both not massive party people and treat our home as a space to unwind and relax. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to accommodate smokers or those with pets.

Details about the flat:
- Bedroom (as pictured), you’ll be sharing the bathroom with Oliver!
- Rent - £1085 per month.
- Bills (WiFi, Water, Electricity, Heating, Council Tax) - around £120-150 per person per month.
- Move In Date - 24 Aug 2024 (thereabouts)

As this will be a tenancy replacement, you’ll need to fulfil Get Living’s checks and assurances. You’ll be taking over a three year contract, with two years remaining, though there is a two month break clause.
