Hello!

I am swapping rooms with one of our housemates who is sadly leaving the house. My room will be available from roughly the 28th July (possibly sooner).

It's a cosy double room on the top floor of the house. With access to a shared outdoor roof terrace and great communal kitchen/living room.

The bathroom is shared between 4, with one housemate having an en-suite.

It's an amazing area - 10 minute walk from Hackney Wick staton and about the same distance to Westfield shopping centre.

Rent is £850, bills come to £150 including a cleaner twice a week.
