Lovely double room in East Village

I am sadly moving out of our lovely home on need to fill one of the rooms. I love this house and am sad to leave but have changed jobs and need to move closer to the office.

Practical stuff:
- There is no deposit
- The house is rented from Get Living
- Bills are approximately £150 per month
- the room is available from 16th September or 16th October and can be flexible
Within this but we need someone to agree and sign the contract around a month before the move.
- it is a 3 year contract to rent rises are capped with RPI so can only raise with inflation or by 3% during the contract .
- pets can be considered

We are a friendly all girls house. We all get on well and would really love to find someone to join us that would become a friend as well. We are all professionals with varying work schedules both on site and from home. We enjoy socialising together but also respect each other’s space.
