Beautiful modern new build in East Village

Why are you leaving?
Before living in this flat I bounced around London year after year. I have now lived here for about 5/6 years! The only reason I'm leaving is to move in with my partner. I'm telling you this to make it clear, this is an absolute steal!

What's the room like?
You have a wardrobe, bed, chest of drawers and a bedside table that comes with the room. It seems smaller in pictures, but is certainly spacious enough (the TV is massive so makes it look smaller!). Having corner windows is a DREAM in the summer. Windows open 2 ways and can be opened the whole way, wonderful to lie in bed and look up at the sky. And overlooks the residents courtyard. You share a bathroom with 1 other (the third has an ensuite).

What about the flat?
Underfloor heating, secure building, fantastic insulation so we never hear our neighbours. The landlords (Get living) are amazing (no... Really!), anything you need replaced or repaired they will come and sort almost always the very next day.
Also, NO DEPOSIT!
Lovely housemates, one who is often working abroad and the other who works a few days a week from home. It is clean and tidy, quiet but with a friendly atmosphere. We all tend to do our own thing but often chat in the lounge whenever we see each other.
There is underground parking for the building if you have a car/bike for an additional fee.

And the local area?
8 minutes walk to Stratford station (jubilee, central, overground, mainline trains and Elizabeth line) 2 minute walk to Stratford international with a fast train to St pancreas, and the DLR. 2 minute walk to East village with lots of restaurants and parks. 5 minute walk to queen Elizabeth park. Westfield a 3 minute walk away (dangerous but convenient!)

What about the process?
Not a first come first serve basis. Needs to be the right match! Someone nice, friendly, respectful, and tidy please!

I genuinely can't fault it, best place I've lived in London by far!
