Double room with ensuite

Hello! We are looking for a new flatmate to join us in our beautiful, clean, quiet and friendly flat at the end of September.

We are two professionals. Both are chilled, clean, and tidy and are always up for a chat. We enjoy a social life around the flat but also enjoy each other's personal space.

The room is an en-suite and comes furnished with a bed, mattress, 2x bedside tables, chest of drawers, huge wardrobe and blackout curtains.
The flat is a large 3-bedroom, new-spec build, open-plan and light, furnished with sofas, a dining table, a washer/dryer, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a dishwasher, and underfloor heating.

The flat overlooks the Olympic Park and has the best panoramic views of the whole East Village and the City (Venetian House)! We also have the
'Winter Garden' is a big balcony/patio that we use for al fresco dining, gym, and bike storage.

The neighbourhood is well-kept, clean, safe, and has local security. It has all the delights of the East Village: bars, restaurants, gyms, food shopping (within a 5-minute walk: Sainsbury's local, big Waitrose at Westfield or independents), and - our favourite - the Olympic Park. Also,
Hackney Wick, Hackney Marshes, Regent's Canal and Victoria Park are just a short walk away and are great places for casual walks, cycles or runs.

The rent is £1087pm. Internet is included in the flat rate, and bills on top are approx £130 pm. No deposit is required and no agency fees for GetLiving, but they will need references (which will take up to 3 weeks).
