Available now! Partially furnished double room available in a three bedroom flat in East Village.

One of our flatmates has moved out after two years in the flat so we’re looking for someone to join us in our three bedroom flat.

The bedroom available is room 3 on the floor plan.

We renewed the tenancy for three years last year. When this was done the carpet was replaced in this room and the curtain cleaned.

The room comes partially furnished with a large wardrobe, mirror, bed frame and mattress. There is plenty of space for a desk should you work from home.

The tenancy is for two more years (with option to renew) however you can move out if you find a replacement tenant. The rent will increase on a yearly basis from August 20th.

Rent from this August will be £1051 per month. Bills are roughly £120 per month. You will need to pass referencing with Get Living at roughly 34K per year. There is no deposit if referencing is passed.

You will be sharing the main bathroom with one other female flatmate.

Shehzad has the master/en-suite room. They work in hospitality so are fantastic for all bar/restaurant recommendations. They usually work Monday to Friday with the odd late night for events. You can rely on Shehzad for the latest TikTok updates and can often find Shehzad in the living room indulging in horror films or a fantasy game on the Xbox or PlayStation.

When Feinda is home she’s often cooking up a delicious smelling concoction in her Air fryer. She works a lot and is also studying, splitting her time between the office and home. You’ll be sharing the main bathroom therefore Feinda would prefer a female flatmate.
