Unfurnished double room available in a three bedroom flat in East Village.

Our tenancy is coming up for renewal August 20th. One of our flatmates is moving out so we’re looking for a replacement.

The bedroom available is room 2 on the floor plan. The room has been freshly painted and carpets replaced this week (25/07). The room comes unfurnished except for the wardrobe however Get Living have offered to provide a bed frame and mattress if needed.
The tenancy is for three years however you can move out if you find a replacement tenant. The rent will increase on a yearly basis from August 20th.
Rent is £1015 per month. Bills are roughly £110 per month. You will need to pass referencing with Get Living at roughly 34K per year.

You will be sharing the main bathroom with me.

I’m 36, Canadian and have lived in London for about 6.5 years. I primarily WFH in the global mobility industry. I’m a bookworm, stand up comedy addict and love the west end. You’ll find me watching podcasts, Drag Race and all the latest thrillers on Netflix/Prime/AppleTV.

Shehzad is our third flatmate and has the master/en-suite room. They work in hospitality so are fantastic for all bar/restaurant recommendations. They usually work Monday to Friday with the odd late night for events. You can rely on Shehzad for the latest TikTok updates and can often find Shehzad in the living room indulging in horror films.

This is a LGBT and neurodivergent friendly flat. We’re not just looking for someone to split the rent with but someone to share our space with. No preference on gender or age as long as we get on, are comfortable and respectful of one another.
