I’m looking for two female/non-binary flatmates to join me in this beautiful recently new flat. The living space is large and the terrace overlooks the beautiful Olympic park - no one overlooking us!
About you:
Getting along is a must for me! Please reach out and tell me about yourself and hopefully we can find a time to meet. I’m looking for friendly, warm, and easy going flatmates who will be really clean and treat the flat like a home! I’ll be bringing my own furniture and hope the people I live with will treat it like their own. The idea is to make the flat feel like a welcoming space where we chat and feel comfortable around each other, but also solo time is completely appreciated.
People who work from the office more often will be prioritised. The hope is that it will be a serene and peaceful place to call our own. You need to earn 30x the rent.
About me
I’m 29 and a psychologist working in homelessness. I care about social justice and having fun! I’m vegan and love to bake and make things for my flatmates. I love being silly and having a laugh as well as having more deep conversations. An after work chat is the best. I’m also very independent and do a lot alone, including travel, so the perfect social/solo balance. I’ve lived in this area for many years and can really vouch for this property!
The space
One small double has its own Juliet balcony: £1090
The other room is a large double with a great view of the Olympic park: £1205
Sharing a bathroom with only one other person! (As I’ll have the en-suite)
Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and large integrated fridge freezer
Washer/dryer and plenty of cupboard space!
Contract
12 month contract with a 6 month break clause with option to renew if you like it! Deposit is 5 weeks rent. Property is managed by an amazing agent who takes care of any issues super quickly.
Bills are standard prices for a 3 bed in the area and split equally.
