The flat is a 3-bedroom flat with an equipped open kitchen, with oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and induction cooker, washer/dryer, spacious and bright living room and a large balcony. The flat is on the 5th floor.

You have the sun in the bedroom in the morning and in the living room in the afternoon.

You will be living with myself and one other new person, ideally looking for someone creative and outgoing, who would like to socialise as well as have their own space & life! Love having friends over and in terms of cleaning etc, always keep on top of it and have a cleaner come once a month (£10 each) for a communal deep clean.

I like to go out together for drinks, cook etc, and would encourage someone who would like to become part of the brat summer/girly pop flat dynamic - as opposed to someone who needs somewhere to crash.

At the same time I'm super independent and busy, so it can be a pretty quiet flat at times- which is also nice. I am a very open and liberal person, and would encourage those of a similar mindset to get in touch.

I work at the RCA and am also a practicing artist, run a culture magazine and make music. I work at home Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays.

Stratford Tube Station is a 7-minute walk away.
Stratford International station & Stratford International DLR stations are a 5-minute walk away.

You will also have two bus stations and Westfield shopping centre only a short walk away.

Area:
East village is a lovely thriving community with so many independent coffee shops, bars and restaurants. Olympic Park is on your doorstep and trendy Hackney Wick only a stones throw away too. Shops like Sainsbury’s, Waitrose and M&S are only a few min walk away too.

Bills are about £100 a month each.
