Double room available in East Village flat ✨

We have a double room available in our gorgeous flat from 30th September 🏡

The room:

Spacious, double bedroom with a double bed, triple wardrobe and bedside table. Additional furniture can be organised with Get Living. You’ll be sharing a bathroom with one other flatmate.

The flat:

Bright, spacious, modern 3-bed flat with a balcony and fantastic views of london. The flat has air con in the living room, a washer/dryer and is kitted out with all the necessities. Located just a 10 min walk from Stratford DLR & Stratford station, as well as Hackney Wick overground. The building is right next to the Olympic Park and nearby canals. Fantastic restaurants, bars and cafes nearby with Westfield shopping centre also nearby.

Current flatmates:

You’ll be sharing with Georgia (me) and Tim, both late twenties. Tim works in finance, likes socialising, cars and film. I work in marketing and I’m into running, cooking, reading, hiking and going for cocktails & brunch of course! At the moment, we generally keep to ourselves so it would be great to have someone with similar interests join the flat. I have a floofy cat called Poppy (pictured) who is super affectionate and loves playing.

About you:

We’re looking for a friendly, considerate and tidy flatmate who wants to make a house a home, keen to contribute to household bits and cleaning etc. Enjoys hanging out watching Netflix, making dinner, going for drinks etc but appreciate we all have our own things going on. If you like cats, that’s a big bonus!

Bills are approx £150 p/m. No deposit required.
