Shared with two female professionals. One works full time in a media company and the other runs a wellbeing company and both sometimes WFH.

They want another FEMALE as one of the bathrooms is shared.

Both are very clean, social and respectful to your shared space.

Room comes furnished with a wardrobe, 2 bedside cabinets and a cosy double bed with super comfortable mattress. You also have extra storage space outside the room in two large cabinets.

You will only share the bathroom with one other person as the third room has an en suite.

There is also a large private shared communal garden (I can show you on the tour).

Hyperoptic hyper fast fibre broadband. Literally the fastest available in the area. This is included in the rent at no extra cost.

Room available around 30/31st August. However this is potentially flexible.

The minimum term is 3 months but the contract ends in August 2025 but the agency allow flexibility to leave within that duration.
