Airy bright double room sublet | East Village

I'm moving out of my room for two months, and looking for someone to stay while I'm away.

The room is furnished with a double bed, a desk, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. I am looking for someone to move in 21/22nd Sept (some flexibility). The rent is £884 per month (bills are an additional £80-90 on top).

The townhouse is a modern, new-build located 3 mins from Stratford International and 5 mins from the Olympic Park. The house is currently occupied by 3 lovely girls who are friendly, respectful and like to keep the house tidy.

THE HOUSE
- A super spacious property, spread across three floors
- Fully furnished
- Open-plan kitchen/living space and conjoined outdoor patio access
- Bike storage and car park available (at additional cost)

THE ROOM
- The room is located on the top floor
- Furnished with a bed, wardrobes, bedside tables and a chest of drawers (desk + chair in photo can stay or be removed, depending on your preference)
- Modern bathroom, shared with one other person

LOCATION
- The house is in Zone 2/3
- 3 min walk from Stratford International, connecting to St Pancras/Kings X in 10 mins
- 10 min walk from Stratford Station (Central, Jubilee, Lizzie, Overground, DLR)
- Hackney Wick is a 15 min walk and has a ton of fun bars and pubs
- The East Village has lots of cafes and is just next to the Olympic Park which is perfect for running/cycling
- Westfield shopping centre is just a 3 min walk away

HOUSEMATES
- You’d be living with 3 girls (24, 24, 27) who work in public sector/events/fintech and are in the office 2-4 days a week.
- All flat mates have their individual lives but treat the flat as their home, enjoying chilled evenings watching TV together, as well as evening trips to the pub, hosting friends for dinner and some nights out
- We’re looking for someone preferably 24-27 and would enjoy sociable evenings in the shared spaces
