I’m looking for a working professional aged 25-36 to take over my flatmate’s large room and personal bathroom in our modern flat at Skylark Point, East Village, Stratford (E201JT) from 1 October 2024 (dates negotiable but no earlier than this date) as he prepares to return to Australia.

You will be living in a fully furnished new build modern flat next to Queen Elizabeth Park that comes with stellar views of the city skyline. There is an abundance of light. The bedroom will come with a double bed, two bedside tables, a large desk and chair, two wardrobes and a mirror. As my flatmate is moving overseas, he’d be happy to leave some of his personal items e. g. coathangers, monitor, clothes airer etc behind for a reasonable price.

The flat is in a build to rent building managed by GetLiving and has a 24 hr reception, residents lounge and working space, gym and a large residents terrace. Bike facilities are also available for use. It is close to Stratford Westfield, Stratford International DLR and Stratford tube station (Elizabeth, Central, Jubilee, Overground, DLR)

You will be living with just me, an Australian lawyer who relocated to London a couple of years ago. I’m outgoing, enjoy a range of sports, travel, as well as the relaxing night in.

- Rent: £1,400 pcm currently, subject to adjustment if notice for rent adjustment is received)
- Bills: approx. £170 per month - Council tax band D
- Deposit: £1,554.81
