Really spacious and comes fully furnished (comfortable sofas!). Open plan layout with a breakfast bar area. The balcony is so nice, with views of the London skyline. The whole flat, and balcony gets sunlight all afternoon and you get the perfect view of the sunset every evening.
Highlights of EV:
- 5 mins walk from Stratford International and 10 mins from Stratford Station which is really well connected
- Lively, clean and safe. Lots of nice bars, coffee shops and restaurants with al fresco dining
- 7 minute walk from Westfield which has everything you need
- Close to Hackney Wick, Victoria Park and loads of nice green areas for walks / runs / cycles
The Flatmates (1 male, 1 female):
- Both are working professionals in their early 30’s. One works in the office 5 days a week, and the other is hybrid. They’re very sociable, chilled, clean and respectful.
About me:
Lived here for a year and loved it, but will be moving to Australia in November so need to vacate.
