Hi! I'm moving out of this beautiful flat in East Village and I'm looking for someone to replace me. BILLS ARE INCLUDED and there's no deposit required.

The Room
The room has a lovely view of a private courtyard and a spacious patio. It’s fully furnished and has loads of space (perfect for yoga or pilates). The insulation is also excellent, keeping you warm in winter and cool in summer.

You'll be sharing the bathroom with just one other person.

Shared Spaces
The flat is incredibly modern, with lots of natural light as you can see with the large windows. Ideal for working from home, with ample space in the living and dining areas. The kitchen is large, making it perfect for hosting dinner parties.

The Area
East Village is one of the best places to live in London.

5-minute walk to Olympic Park (where I go for a daily runs)
3 minute walk to cafes (I recommend Signorelli), and bars (the Stratford Hotel is a great spot).

3-minute walk to Westfield (there's a large waitrose)
15 minute walk to Hackney Wick, (vibrant bar scene, cafes, and beautiful canal)

Transportation is excellent:

3-minute walk to Stratford International (DLR)
8-minute walk to Stratford station (Elizabeth Line, Central Line, Overground, DLR, Jubilee Line)

The Flatmates
You’ll be sharing with three friendly and laid-back guys (all 30 years old). They’re clean, respectful of each other’s space, but always up for a pizza night. They work in software engineering and tech.

The landlord is GetLiving, and they are fantastic. Maintenance is prompt, and there's 24/7 security available.
